This workshop has been designed for leaders of academic programs partnering with the Inclusive Graduate Education Network (IGEN) to support students in their transition from undergraduate to graduate education. In this workshop, participants will be given the knowledge, resources and tools to: (1) describe their mentorship ecosystem; (2) recognize what it means to create a culture of mentorship; (3) identify the strengths and weaknesses in their Bridge Program's mentorship ecosystem; and (4) develop an action plan to address weaknesses in their Bridge Program's mentorship ecosystem. Participants will have the opportunity to meet other Bridge Department Collaborators and discuss challenges, successes and strategies.

In addition to the Bridge Department Program Leads, we also strongly encourage other Collaborators such as faculty and staff members who directly participate with the management of the Bridge Program to attend this Meeting.
